A vibrant, full-day event nestled inside the iconic Bondi Pavilion and Bondi Beach, offering a unique platform to explore and engage with the latest in mental health, fitness, embodiment and movement practices, mindfulness, social connection, and overall wellbeing. Expect a day filled with transformative experiences led by expert facilitators, teachers, coaches and thought-leaders.

Sunday 27th July 2025. Registration opens at 8:00am. Sessions run from 9:00am to 4:30pm.

The festival will take place across multiple spaces within the iconic Bondi Pavilion, Queen Elizabeth Dr, Bondi Beach.

Full-day access to all event spaces: Movement Space (Yoga, Pilates, etc.), Connection Space (Meditation, Sound Healing), Expansion Space (Talks, Panels), and Workshop Space (Hands-on experiences).
Pre-registration for some sessions is required. -
A few weeks before the event, you’ll get an access code and booking link. You can register for one session per time slot.
Rooms have limited capacity, so book early! -
2–3 weeks before the event, you’ll receive the schedule with session descriptions, timings, and facilitator details.

You can join the waitlist on Humanitix. If spots open, they’ll be offered in order of waitlist join time.

Feel free to attend another session with available space, but priority is given to pre-registered attendees.

Food and drinks are not included. There are cafes on-site (Glory Days & Surf Fish) offering meals, snacks, and drinks.

Only water is allowed. Bring your own refillable water bottle, and stay hydrated!

Yes! The festival is perfect for solo adventurers or groups.

No, you can come and go as you please with your ticket.

Public transport is recommended. Bondi Pavilion is easily accessible by bus from Bondi Junction. Limited parking is available nearby.

Yes, it is fully wheelchair accessible.

Limited metered parking and paid parking lots are nearby.

No pets allowed, unless they’re certified assistance animals.

Yes, by attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed. If you prefer not to be featured, visit the Media Desk.

If you lose something, visit the Event Info Desk. Unclaimed items will be held for two weeks after the event.

The festival runs rain or shine. Most activities are indoors or covered, but bring a jacket just in case!

Tickets are non-refundable but transferable. You can transfer your ticket easily through Humanitix.
