We’re so excited to share what we have in store for you at the first ever Bondi Wellness Festival. This is a choose-your-own-adventure-style event. Sessions run across four dedicated spaces all day, and you're free to explore the areas, join what excites you and take breaks whenever you need.

🧠 Room 1: Expansion

Hosted by our incredible MC, Melanie Rose Ross, open your mind and challenge your perspective with inspiring panels, live Q&As and keynote conversations including:

  • Live Q&A with Margarita Nazarenko (Being Her podcast host, qualified life coach, YouTuber and TikTok sensation), hosted by Chris Beattie of The Bondi Podcast.

  • Live interview with Vanessa Gray Lyndon (founder of Vanessa Megan Skincare) about her journey from Bondi markets to global beauty entrepreneur. Vanessa will share insights on the connection between skin, hormones and libido, and why going natural matters more than ever in a world full of synthetic options. Plus an audience Q&A. 

  • Panel: Everything you should have been taught at school about women’s health & fertility featuring Sheila V (Channel 9’s Big Miracles, Founder of Brave Through IVF), Dr Raewyn Tierney (IVF Australia) and Sarina Coventry (The Seed Cycle).   • Pilates with Harries (Bondi Rescue star, Bondi lifeguard, mental health advocate, certified pilates instructor)

  • Boiler Room Yoga led by Emily Luke (Sarana, BodyMindLife, Power Living), with a live high-energy soundtrack from DJ Veda!

🧘 Room 3: Connection

Tune out the noise and drop into your body with transformative mindfulness practices. Designed to deepen the connection with self, these sessions will leave you feeling balanced, recharged and more present than ever:

  • Breathwork for Wellbeing & Performance w/ Rory Warnock (breathwork facilitator, performance & wellness coach)

  • Pilates & Sound Healing w/ Nicky Kiel (founder of Kiel x VRTUS)

  • Guided Meditation w/ Sinead Hegarty (meditation and mindset coach, founder of The Brave Way)

Step into a tranquil, low-pressure space offering soulful micro-experiences to help you relax, reset and tune inward. These offerings are available at an additional cost, with bookings available on the day. Highlights include:

  • Head massage therapy and mindfulness meditation facials w/ Molly Jordan (Molly Jordan Beauty)

  • A curated book stall by Gertrude & Alice, Bondi’s most beloved book café
